At Sova, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

We currently ship using standard ground shipping within the United States. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sova is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
